Blessed to play before the weather became too bad, Foss and Besnson bothe faced off in a game that had huge playoff implications. Benson struggled early with the wet football, but was finally able to matriculate the ball down the field with their ground game and secue two touchdowns against a tough Foss defense. Foss was able to successfully return a kickoff return for close to 70 yards to the 1 yard line, but the Benson Bruins defense were able to construct a goal line stand that kept them from reaching the end zone. Both teams were extremely disciplined and played a game they all can be proud of. Benson will once again celebrate the victory in which all players were able to play and contribute, and then reset to 0-0 as they pursue their utmost potential.SeaTac Sharks 19White Center Seahawks 18Team Blackout 14Lakewood Lumberjacks 0Juniors Team Blackout 39Lakewood Lumberjacks 0Team Blackout visited the Lakewood Lumberjacks on Saturday.
